Chicken breasts in crock pot with taco seasoning. Add to greens pasta and peas. Top with cheese and salsa.

I used half the sugar and frozen sliced strawberries instead. So yummy!

-1/2 tsp cinnamon, plus some for sprinkling on top
-1/2 tsp ground ginger
-1/4 tsp nutmeg
-1/4 tsp allspice or cloves
-1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
-1/3 cup oats, plus extra to sprinkle on top
Set oven to 325 degrees F. Grease 12 cup muffin tin. In a large bowl combine oil and honey together and whisk. Then add eggs and whisk well. Mix in pumpkin and milk. Then add baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and whisk.
Then add flour and oats to the bowl and stir until combined. Place batter into muffin tin and sprinkle remaining oats and cinnamon on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before removing from tin.
Cook pasta and mix with chopped peppers, celery, carrots, feta cheese, olive oil, parsley, Greek seasoning.

-Pkg ground Chicken/Turkey/Beef
-1 Bell pepper, chopped...
-2 Green onions, chopped
-5 Mushrooms, chopped
-1 jar Alfredo sauce
-1 cup shredded cheese
Cook shells according to box.
Take a couple spoonfuls of Alfredo sauce and spread over bottom of a baking dish.
Cook meat in a large pot with tbsp olive oil. Once cooked add bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Add rest of Alfredo sauce. Heat through.
Spoonful mixture into each shell and place into baking dish. Spread with shredded cheese.
Place in oven heated to 300 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
¾ cup Margarine (non-hydrogenated) or Butter
1¼ cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1¾ cup Rolled oats
1¾ cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Dried cranberries
1 tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Cocoa powder (optional)
In a large bowl, cream margarine/butter and brown sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Next, add in vanilla and beat well.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to margarine/butter and sugar mixture and mix well. Onto greased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonful's. Bake at 3500F for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
1 Cooked, boneless & skinless chicken breast
1 cup Plain yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Dill weed
½ tsp Pepper
¾ cup Steamed, carrots & peas vegetable mix
4 Whole wheat, medium sized tortilla wraps
Cut cooked chicken into small pieces. Set aside. In a small bowl combine next 5 ingredients. Add in the chicken. Place some the mixture in the middle of each wrap and roll up. Serves 3-4.
1 cup. Whole wheat flour
1 cup. Oats
2 tsp Baking powder
1 cup. Milk (or almond milk)
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tbsp. Ground flax seeds
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Mix flour, oats, and baking powder with milk until blended. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spoon into frying pan to size of pancakes you desire. Cook 3-5 min each side on medium heat.
Serve with greek yogurt and fruit.
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Honey
1 scoop Protein Powder
1 tsp Flax seed
1 tsp Chia seed
1 tsp Vanilla
¾ cup Oats
¾ cup Chocolate Chips
Place peanut butter and honey in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften. Then mix in protein powder, flax seeds, vanilla, and chia seeds. Mix in oats and chocolate chips. Shape into bars and place in fridge or freezer to harden. Once hard, cut into smaller pieces and take out when you want a snack.
