¾ cup Plain greek yogurt
¼ cup Mango (or any fruit)
¼ cup Raspberries (or mix berries)
¼ cup All bran cereal
2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Flax seeds
In a bowl, or parfait glass, spoon in half the yogurt. Sprinkle the bran cereal over the yogurt, then spoon on the mango. Cover with remaining yogurt. Place on raspberries, and sprinkle on walnuts, flax seeds, and cinnamon. Serves one.
2 cups Cooked, Rotini whole wheat pasta
1 lb Extra lean ground beef
2 Chopped, green onions
4 Sliced, white mushrooms
2 cups Broccoli florets
½ cup Chopped carrots
1 can Broccoli cream soup
1/3 cup Skim milk
1 cup Shredded cheddar or marble cheese
½ cup Panko breadcrumbs (optional)
In a frying pan, cook beef until half done then add in green onion, mushrooms, pepper (to taste), and continue cooking until meat is fully browned.
Steam broccoli and carrots in a pot with an inch of water.
Mix together beef, pasta, broccoli, carrots, cream of broccoli soup, and milk. Place into a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese, then breadcrumbs.
Bake at 3750F for 35 minutes.
